Brian Hitt, Chairman Pro-Tem called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm.
Members Present: Anthony Lazar, Jud Kline, Scott Lewis, Herb Braverman, Brian Hitt
Members Absent: Mayor Kathy Mulcahy
Others Present: Rebecca Schaltenbrand, Asst. Law Director
Ron Kluchin, Village Architect

PZ/ABR Discussion: Joint motion to approve was made by Lazar; seconded by Braverman.
Ayes: Lazar, Kline, Lewis, Braverman, Hitt.

#2 SIGN – TEMPORARY - Lakes of Orange

PZ/ABR Discussion: Joint motion to approve, subject to the sign height being 6 foot high,
and not the 7 foot 6 inches as proposed was made by Lazar; seconded by Kline.
Ayes: Lazar, Kline, Lewis, Braverman, Hitt.
No: None
#3 ANY OTHER TOPIC FOR DISCUSSION
· Scott Lewis inquired about the status of the gas station at Miles/Brainard
Roads as it relates to ODNR and B.U.S.T.E.R. Ron Kluchin stated that
the multiple signs for the gas station were also being reviewed by David Hartt.
The proponent needs to submit additional information before PZ/ABR reviews it.

Motion to approve the Minutes of the October 18, 2011 meeting was made by Kline;
seconded by Braverman.
