Mayor Kathy Mulcahy called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm.

#1 ALTERATION - VILLAS BRICK WALL - Villas of Orange

Note: Mayor Mulcahy requested a letter of approval from the ‘Villas of Orange Association”.

#4 REPORT & RECOMMENDATION ORDINANCE 2010-15
Council remanded Ordinance 2010-15 back to P&Z to reconsider the
proposed amendments
SIGN ORDINANCE 2010-15
An ordinance amending subsection (c)(4) of section 1161.10 of the Codified
Ordinances of Orange Village to regulate temporary indefinite signs.
PZ Discussion: Motion to recommend, as drafted with no amendments was
made by Lewis; seconded by Braverman.
Ayes: Lazar, Lewis, Braverman, Mulcahy
No: Hitt
#5 BUILDING COMMISSIONER’S REPORT
· Mayor Mulcahy, Lou, and representatives from the Orange Village
Fire Department and University Hospital held a meeting last week
regarding the fire exits.
#6 ANY OTHER TOPIC FOR DISCUSSION
· Mayor Mulcahy and Lou attended John Terlep’s funeral. Several
members of the Planning & Zoning Commission attended
John Terlep’s wake.
Motion to approve the Minutes of the August 3, 2010 meeting was made by Kline; seconded by Hitt.

Abstain: Kline
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:40 pm.
