MINUTES




Mayor Mulcahy called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm.

Members Present:	Carmen Centanni, Jonathan Shanes, 
			Brian Hitt, Scott Lewis, Jud Kline
			and Mayor Kathy Mulcahy

Members Absent:	John Terlep (went home ill)

Others Present:		Steve Byron, Law Director (arrived 7:34 pm)
			Ron Kluchin, Village Architect
			Mary Fisco, PZ/ABR Secretary
			Brain Mader, Village Engineer

PZ/ABR Discussion:  Discussion was had on the validity of the survey plan.  
The owner will get a new survey and resubmit.

seconded by Centanni.
