Mayor Mulcahy called the meeting to order at 7:33 pm.
Members Present: Carmen Centanni, Brian Hitt, Scott Lewis, John Terlep,

Nomination of PZ/ABR Chairperson and Chairperson Pro-Tem as follows:
Mayor Kathy Mulcahy was nominated for Chairperson by Brian Hitt;
seconded by Carmen Centanni.

ABR Discussion: Motion to approve was made subject to using two (2) courses of brick
exposed at grade to match color of stone and siding was made by
Kline; seconded by Hitt.

#7 BUILDING COMMISSIONER’S REPORT
· Barkley Pet Hotel and Day Spa has completed their site work.
The Building Department will release the bond refund soon.
· Temple Emanu El construction is going along well. Lou is pleased with the building.
#8 ANY OTHER TOPIC FOR DISCUSSION
· John Terlep commented on the good conditions of the road today, despite the snow storm.
· Carmen Centanni pointed out an error in the printing of the new codified ordinance,
Section 2007-17. 'Section E was left in, and should have been eliminated.
· Jud Kline commented on wanting more detail in the minutes and sited #2 of the
December 20, 2007 minutes as an example.
· Carmen Centanni was congratulated on having perfect attendance in 2007 for the PZ/ABR meetings!
Motion to approve the minutes of the December 20, 2007 meeting was made by Kline; seconded by Hitt.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:17 pm.
