Brian Hitt called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm.

			Mark Bram, (filling in for Mayor Mulcahy, arrived at 7:33 pm)

PZ Discussion:  Motion to approve subject to compliance of both the Engineer’s and Architect’s comments was made by Centanni; seconded by Lewis.

ABR Discussion:  Motion to approve subject to the following:
			1.  Use brick on the complete front elevation except near the bay window and front door 				     
			     entrance, where MDO board is to be used.  
			2.  Add window to left side of house (north elevation/bedroom #4) to balance house.
			3.  New window (reference #2) color schedule to match other windows.

#4	REPORT & RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL: (ORDINANCE #2007-17)
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF ORANGE VILLAGE TO 
MODIFY HEIGHT REGULATIONS FOR BUILDINGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES, AND OTHER RELATED REGULATIONS, 
AND REPEALING CERTAIN ORDINANCES.

#5	BUILDING COMMISSIONER’S REPORT

·	The Village Engineer did a report on retention basins, and found that Red Robin Restaurant had some grease leaking into the basin.  
	A ‘dye test’ was performed and concluded that the plumbing was OK, but the grease pot was overflowing.  
              The operations will be modified to correct this problem.
·	Tom Shields, Housing & Zoning Inspector has responded to 13 tall grass and 2 junk car violations.  Letters have been sent out.
·	Temple Emanu El will be having their groundbreaking ceremony on June 24th.
·	T-Mobile would like to pick up their permit; however there is a discrepancy with the contract.
·	Barkley Pet Hotel and Day Spa ground work is coming along very slowly.

It was suggested that the PZ/ABR Secretary’s name be added to the “Others Present” on the Minutes.



Motion to approve the minutes of the May 1, 2007 meeting was made by Shanes; seconded by Centanni.
