Mayor Mulcahy called the meeting to order at 7:35 pm.

of the Engineer’s letter dated September 28, 2011 was made by Lewis; seconded by Hitt.

PZ/ABR Discussion: Plans will be revised and resubmitted, after it was realized
that the sign could be larger in size, and the Orange Plaza representatives wanted
to look into an alternative design for the ‘white-capsule” which shows “& Spa”.

#4 BUILDING COMMISSIONER’S REPORT
· The Red Lobster remodeling project will be complete in approximately
2 weeks and the interior is looking good.
· The contractors at the future Massage Envy space are working
diligently on the interior remodel.
· Lou attended plumbing school today and will attend again tomorrow.

seconded by Braverman.
