Mayor Kathy Mulcahy called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm.

Members Present:	Carmen Centanni, Anthony Lazar, Brian Hitt, Scott Lewis
 		and Mayor Kathy Mulcahy

Members Absent:		John Terlep and Jud Kline

PZ/ABR Discussion:  Joint motion to approve the version of plans marked 
“5-15-09c” was made by Lewis; seconded by Lazar.

#3	BUILDING COMMISSIONER’S REPORT

·	Lou is looking into the University Hospital canopy emergency lighting issues.
·	The interior renovation in the Urology Department of the University Hospital 
	facility is almost complete.
·	The interior renovation in the Breast Center Department of the University Hospital 
	facility is also underway.  Lou is looking into sprinkler system issues.
·	Lou is still looking into the exiting system at the University Hospital facility.
·	The addition/reconstruction project started at the house located at 29950 Harvard Road.
