MINUTES
Mayor Kathy Mulcahy called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm.
Members Present: Carmen Centanni, Anthony Lazar, Brian Hitt, Scott Lewis, John Terlep,

house was made by Hitt; seconded by Kline.

#4 DISCUSSION – SPORT COURT

PZ/ABR Discussion: Discussion was had on placement of the sport court and setbacks.
The Board Members will take a field trip to look at the property. A letter will be sent to neighbors
adjacent to the property.
#5 DISCUSSION – FENCE

Mr. Newman presented to the Board Members a brochure showing types of fences.
The Board favored the “Thoreau” fence.
#6 BUILDING COMMISSIONER’S REPORT
· For the University Hospital’s canopy project, it was determined ‘emergency lighting’ was not needed.
· One emergency power light at the end of the building will be installed.
· Mom’s Diner has installed the new pizza oven. They are currently practicing making pizza
and the name of the pizza portion of the business will be called LaRich’s Pizza.
#7 ANY OTHER TOPIC FOR DISCUSSION
· Clarification was made for Anthony Lazar as to the 25’ set-back lines for a U1-a properties.
· Scott Lewis and John Terlep will not be in attendance at the next meeting, June 16th.
· Village Auto Wash new sign has been installed.
Motion to approve the minutes of the May 19, 2009 meeting was made by Centanni; seconded by Hitt.

Abstain: Terlep, Kline
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:34 pm.
