#2 BUILDING COMMISSIONER’S REPORT
· The Temple Emanu El project is moving along. The contractor is
working swiftly to finish up any outside structural work so they
can move inside as the winter weather approaches.
· The residents at 4475 Lander Road have been granted a permit for a
kitchen remodeling project. It became apparent that the project was
beyond the scope of the interior renovation permit, so when the kitchen
was secure and under-cover Lou stopped the job. Lou told the contractor
they must resubmit plans and present the project to the members of the
PZ/ABR board.
#3 ANY OTHER TOPIC FOR DISCUSSION
· John Terlep discussed an upcoming storage shed project. John questioned
whether ‘split-faced concrete block’ would be acceptable.
· The Mayor invited everyone to a holiday luncheon on December 19th.
· Discussion was had as to when the next PZ/ABR meeting would be.
No action was taken on the PZ/ABR minutes of November 20, 2007, as there was not a
quorum of members able to vote.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:50 pm.
