Mayor Kathy Mulcahy called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm.

As per PZ/ABR meeting on September 15, 2009, “joint motion to approve subject to the submission
of the siding sample for approval” was made for the enlarged sunroom project.
ABR Discussion: Motion to approve was made by Kline; seconded by Lazar.

#5 BUILDING COMMISSIONER’S REPORT
· Wasabi Steakhouse construction is moving along. Lou has had them clean up the work
site and clean the debris from the rear property.
#6 ANY OTHER TOPIC FOR DISCUSSION
· Discussion was had regarding fence procedures in the Landerwood Glen Subdivision, zoned U-3.
· The Diner (Miles and Brainard Rds) needs to clean up their property. A neighboring tenant
(in the next building to the north)
said the dumpster was not supposed to be on his property.
· Not much is happening at Sandy’s Gas & Go. The gas station is abandoned. The Building
Department has had the truck towed and the grass cut.

John Terlep arrived at 7:55 pm.
Motion to approve the Minutes of the September 15, 2009 meeting was made by Kline; seconded by Centanni.
