AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A VIDEO COMPETITION
AGREEMENT WITH AT&T OHIO.
PZ Discussion: Motion to recommend to Council to authorize AT&T to use Village rights of way to provide video
services to Village properties was made by Mayor Mulcahy; seconded by Hitt.

#9 REPORT & RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL: (ORDINANCE #2007-14)
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1142.06 OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF ORANGE VILLAGE
TO CLARIFY THE STANDARDS AND PROCEDURES BY WHICH REQUESTS FOR VARIANCES SHALL
BE CONSIDERED.
PZ Discussion: Steve Byron will rewrite ordinance and resubmit.

#10 REPORT & RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL: (ORDINANCE #2007-17)
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF ORANGE VILLAGE
TO MODIFY HEIGHT REGULATIONS FOR BUILDINGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES, AND OTHER RELATED
REGULATIONS, AND REPEALING CERTAIN ORDINANCES.

#11 BUILDING COMMISSIONER’S REPORT
· Hyland property, asphalt grinding pathways to be on next PZ/ABR Agenda
· The Barkley Pet Hotel site work looks terrible. Gary Helf will continue on grading and seeding for 30 days
· Anderson dwelling was demolished
· Duke residence fence situation has been turned over to Orange Village’s Prosecutor, Blair Melling
· Working on Mooney Gulf Station canopy and site issues
· Temple Emanu El has seeded the areas on Brainard & Emery Rds
