MINUTES


Mayor Kathy Mulcahy called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm.

Members Present:	Anthony Lazar, Herb Braverman, Brian Hitt, Mayor Kathy Mulcahy

Members Absent:	Jud Kline, Scott Lewis

Others Present:	Rebecca Schaltenbrand, Asst. Law Director
		Lou Hovancsek, Building Commissioner
		Mary Fisco, PZ/ABR Secretary

#1	ADDITION					
		- Jeff & Elissa Mangel

Present:  Lee Pozek

PZ/ABR Discussion:  Joint motion to approve subject to the items in the architect’s letter dated 
December 1, 2010 being satisfied, was made by Hitt; seconded by Lazar.

#2	BUILDING COMMISSIONER’S REPORT

·	The electrician for the new dwelling at 29880 Pike Drive wired the entire house in #14 wire.  
	Lou made him change all the wire to #12 wire.  
·	Peter Kusner sold The Diner.  Inspections were made by both the Building Department and 
	the Fire Department prior to re-opening.

#3	ANY OTHER TOPIC FOR DISCUSSION

·	Mayor Mulcahy mentioned some charter amendments she would like to have changed 
	in the future.


Motion to approve the Minutes of the November 19, 2010 meeting was made by Hitt; seconded by Lazar, 
with one correction:

#3   Report and Recommendation – Ordinance 2010-25
-Change the word “collection” to “collision” on Agenda

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:04 pm.
