MINUTES
Mayor Kathy Mulcahy called the meeting to order at 7:33 pm.

Members Present:

ABR Discussion:  Motion to approve subject to the color ‘tudor brown’ 
being used on all sides and ‘surrey beige’ being used on the roof was made by Kline; seconded by Centanni.

PZ/ABR Discussion:  Joint motion to approve was made by Hitt; seconded by Lazar.

#3	ANY OTHER TOPIC FOR DISCUSSION

Mayor Mulcahy commented on The Diner located at 28149 Miles Rd.  The Diner’s property taxes have 
not been paid up to date and proceedings have started for foreclosure.    The Building Department has 
previously cited them on maintenance, signs and outdoor tables/dining issues.   

Mayor Mulcahy invited and encouraged everyone to attend the Salute to Orange on Sunday.  
Jud Kline will be a speaker on Orange’s Green Initiative.

Jud Kline, along with Joyce Burke-Jones and Kristin Hopkins (Cuyahoga County Planning Commission) 
will be guest speakers at the Ohio Planning Conference.

#4	BUILDING COMMISSIONER’S REPORT

Sandy’s Gas ‘n Go has closed.  The Police Chief and Tom Shields have been told about a dispute 
between partners.  The LLC is supposedly being re-organized.  No one has been able to find David Dadante, 
nor is he returning any phone call.  According to BUSTER, after 30 days the gasoline tanks can be removed.

Motion to approve the Minutes of the August 18, 2009 meeting was made by Kline; seconded by Hitt.

Abstain:                Lazar, Lewis


There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:16 pm.
