MINUTES
Mayor Kathy Mulcahy called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm.

Members Present:	Carmen Centanni, Anthony Lazar (arrived 7:32 pm), Brian Hitt, Scott Lewis,
			John Terlep, Jud Kline and Mayor Kathy Mulcahy

Members Absent:	None

PZ/ABR Discussion:  Joint motion to approve subject to digging 3-foot footers (for the pillars)
and providing an additional set of detailed plans (including cross-section) of the installation 
of piers to the Building Commissioner was made by Hitt; seconded by Terlep.

PZ/ABR Discussion:  Additional plans to be submitted consisting of:
1.   Building elevations accurately showing the placement locations, heights and sizes of 
      rooftop equipment, and
2.  An accurate site-drawing showing the building and the relationship to the ground and 
     site lines to indicate appropriate screening for the equipment.


#3	REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL – ORDINANCE 2008-33
	AN ORDINANCE SUPPLEMENTING SECTION 1121.08 AND AMENDING 
	SECTIONS 1123.01, 1123.02, 1123.03, 1143.03 AND 1143.04 OF THE 
	CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF ORANGE VILLAGE RELATING TO THE 
	VILLAGE’S PRELIMINARY PLAT AND PRELIMINARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN 
	REVIEW PROCEDURES AND FINAL PLAT APPROVAL PROCEDURES, 
	AND REPEALING CERTAIN ORDINANCES.

#4	BUILDING COMMISSIONER’S REPORT

·	Cleanup (including roof replacement) has begun at the house located at 
	3969 Beechmont Trail.
·	The Building Department has not received additional plans as requested for 
	The Diner’s pizza oven yet.   

#5	ANY OTHER TOPIC FOR DISCUSSION

·	The Mayor invited everyone to attend the Council Work Session on April 1st.  
	There will be presentations from City Architecture and Bialosky Architects 
	for their proposals for the new Service facility.
·	The next meeting for LEED/Sustainable Building Standards will be on April 7th.  
·	Jud suggested conducting a community survey regarding LEED/Sustainable 
	Building Standards either on-line or putting an insert in the Newsletter.
