MINUTES
Brian Hitt, Chairperson Pro-Tem called the meeting to order at 7:32 pm.
Members Present: Carmen Centanni, Brian Hitt, Anthony Lazar, John Terlep, and Jud Kline
Members Absent: Scott Lewis and Mayor Kathy Mulcahy
Others Present: Lou Hovancsek, Building Commissioner
Mary Fisco, PZ/ABR Secretary

PZ/ABR Discussion: Joint motion to approve was made by Kline; seconded by Terlep.
Ayes: Centanni, Hitt, Lazar, Kline and Terlep

#2 BUILDING COMMISSIONER REPORT
· Lou received a telephone call from someone in Florida stating how they were
impressed that the Building Department section of the Orange Village Website had
procedures and requirements for a permit regarding swimming pools.
· Lou will need to reinspect The Barkley Pet Hotel before issuing a permanent occupancy permit.
· The Bethlehem Baptist Church will soon be opening up a preschool. Cuyahoga County
requires various approvals and permits before they open. Lou will be inspecting the room(s)
prior to issuing an occupancy permit.
· The Temple Emanu El construction is moving along smoothly.
#3 ANY OTHER TOPIC FOR DISCUSSION
Discussion was had regarding the pillars and canopy at Mooney’s Sunoco gas station.
Motion to approve the minutes of the March 18, 2008 meeting was made by Centanni;
seconded by Hitt.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:02 pm.
