Mayor Kathy Mulcahy called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm.

PZ/ABR Discussion: Joint motion to approve only the addition, not to include the patio, was made by Shanes; seconded by Centanni.

PZ/ABR Discussion: A lengthy discussion was had and as a result no action was taken. A separate meeting will be scheduled to discuss this project.
#6 BUILDING COMMISSIONER’S REPORT
· Temple project is moving along.
· Red Robin is cleaning up the grease spill
· Mooney’s Sunoco canopy was appraised, and demolition estimates are being taken
#7 ANY OTHER TOPIC FOR DISCUSSION
A proposal for the development of the Weintraub property will be brought before the board members at the next PZ/ABR meeting.
Motion to approve the minutes of the July 17, 2007 was made by Kline; seconded by Lewis.
