MINUTES
Mayor Kathy Mulcahy called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm.

Members Present:	Anthony Lazar, Jud Kline, Herb Braverman, Mayor Kathy Mulcahy

Members Absent:		Scott Lewis, Brian Hitt, John Terlep

Others Present:		Rebecca Schaltenbrand, Asst. Law Director
			Ron Kluchin, Village Architect
			Lou Hovancsek, Building Commissioner
			Mary Fisco, PZ/ABR Secretary

PZ/ABR Discussion:  Joint motion to approve, subject to the following:

1.	Brick being ‘toothed-in’,
2.	Mortar and brick to match as closely as possible to the existing building,
3.	Natural landscaping/screening as necessary to conceal any inconsistencies in brickwork,
4.	Brick color to be approved by the building commissioner; prior to installation,
5.	Siding on the garage to match the existing breezeway siding, 
6.	All trim to match the existing dormer trim; and
7.	The approval of the Engineer’s comments, on memo dated June 14, 2010

was made by Lazar; seconded by Mulcahy.

#2	DISCUSSION ONLY			TEMPORARY SIGN ORDINANCE, 2010- ___

	An ordinance amending subsection (c)(4) of Section 1161.10 of the Codified Ordinances of 
	Orange Village to regulate temporary indefinite signs.

	Assistant Law Director, Rebecca Schaltenbrand will make a few changes and amend the Ordinance.  
	The Ordinance will then be forwarded to Council.

#3	DISCUSSION ONLY

	FENCE REGULATIONS IN A U-3 DISTRICT, see memo from David Hartt dated 3/30/2010
	Tabled

#4	BUILDING COMMISSIONER’S REPORT
·	Grass is growing and Tom Shields is sending out notification letters to the residents with tall grass.
·	Lou continues to inspect the ICF/green house on Emery Rd.

#5	ANY OTHER TOPIC FOR DISCUSSION

	Mr. Hagerling’s variance request will be discussed at the next PZ/ABR meeting.



	Motion to approve the minutes of the June 1, 2010 meeting was made by Kline; seconded by Lazar.
