Mayor Kathy Mulcahy called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm.

Members Present:

#3	LAKES OF ORANGE TIME EXTENSION 	- Randy Kertesz, Representative
						- Lakes of Orange

PZ Discussion:  Discussion ensued about the Lakes of Orange sub-division time extension.  
Is it possible to ‘extend’ an ‘extension’ and how long can an extension be?  The law director will 
look into these items and Mr. Kertesz will come back at a future meeting.

#4	DISCUSSION ONLY		- Internet Cafés


Mayor Mulcahy, Lou Hovancsek and Police Chief Kostura recently visited 3 internet cafes.  
Mayor Mulcahy explained what an ‘internet café’ actually is and what the benefits would be 
to Orange Village.  Mayor Mulcahy suggested that the Board Members go on a field trip 
and visit one.


#5	BUILDING COMMISSIONER’S REPORT

·	The 2 commercial and 2 residential projects currently under construction 
	are moving along smoothly.

Motion to approve the Minutes of the June 15, 2010 meeting was made by Braverman; 
seconded by Hitt.

Motion to approve the Minutes of the February 1, 2011 meeting was made by Kline; 
seconded by Braverman.

Abstain:        Mulcahy



There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:45 pm.
