Mayor Kathy Mulcahy called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm. Roll call: Members present: Braverman, Godes, Hitt, Terlep, Kline and Mulcahy Members absent: Salim Others present: Lou Hovancsek, Building Commissioner Thor Larsen, Architect #1 FENCE Mr. & Mrs. Brad Kess, Owner 335 Capital Hill Circle American Fence Company Present: Mrs. Brad Kess PZ/ABR discussion: Joint motion to approve the board-on-board fence subject to the owner obtaining the approval of the Orange Hill Estates Homeowners Association was made by Godes; seconded by Kline. Ayes: Braverman, Godes, Terlep Kline and Mulcahy No: None Motion to approve the minutes of June 7, 2005 was made by Braverman; seconded by Kline. Ayes: Braverman, Terlep, Kline and Mulcahy Abstain: Godes No: None #2 BUILDING COMMISSIONER'S REPORT Prochazka's harvesting trees Verified fence placement: Mr. Mayo will need to move a portion of his fence off of Mr. Cangemi's property. Mr. Szymanski can proceed with his fence.
