Mayor Mulcahy called the meeting to order at 7:33 pm. Members Present: Carmen Centanni, Jonathan Shanes, Brian Hitt, Ed Salim, John Terlep, Jud Kline, Mayor Kathy Mulcahy Members Absent: None Others Present: Stephen Byron, Law Director Lou Hovancsek, Building Commissioner Ron Kluchin, Village Architect #1 SHED - Kirsten & Harry Richards, Owner - 28675 Hidden Valley Dr. Present: Mrs. Kirsten Richards - Kirsten Richards, Representative P&Z Discussion: Motion to approve was made by Hitt; seconded by Salim. AYES: Centanni, Shanes, Hitt, Salim and Mulcahy NO: None ABR Discussion: Motion to approve subject to siding & roof colors match existing house was made by Kline; seconded by Shanes. AYES: Centanni, Shanes, Hitt, Salim and Mulcahy NO: None ABR Discussion: Motion to approve was made by Terlep; seconded by Kline. AYES: Centanni, Shanes, Hitt, Terlep, Salim, Kline and Mulcahy NO: None #3 NEW DWELLING - M/M Todd Davis, Owner -3905 Waterford Ct., S/L 18 -John Brown Architects Present: Mr. John Brown -John Brown, Representative No Action Taken. Note: Village Engineer has not approved the plans. #4 ANY OTHER TOPIC FOR DISCUSSION Jonathan Shanes inquired about the permit process at Orange Village. PZ Secretary will now add first names to Roll Call. #5 BUILDING COMMISSIONER'S REPORT - The Barkley Pet Hotel has issues on the slab/floor integrity. - PET Scanner at UHHS is almost completed. A final electrical inspection will be performed on Wednesday, October 4, 2006. - Temple Emanu El will start grading work soon. They have hired The Albert Higley Company as their general contractor. They will get rid of the piles of dirt soon. The Higley Company will also start 'temporary staging' for trailers, equipment and construction area parking. Motion to approve the minutes as amended of the September 19, 2006 meeting was made by Centanni; seconded by Hitt. -Add first names to "Members Present". Corrections: #8 Change 'as' to 'has'.
