Orange Village Planning & Zoning Commission Architectural Board of Review Tuesday, December 15, 2009 – 7:30 pm

Mayor Kathy Mulcahy called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm.

Members Present:	Carmen Centanni, Anthony Lazar, Brian Hitt, Jud Kline,
			Mayor Kathy Mulcahy

Members Absent:		Scott Lewis, John Terlep

Others Present:		Rebecca Schaltenbrand, Asst. Law Director

			Mary Fisco, PZ/ABR Secretary

Oath of Office was administered to Brian Hitt by Mayor Kathy Mulcahy.

	Joint motion to approve was made by Hitt; seconded by Lazar.

#2	REPORT & RECOMMENDATION (2009-27)

	An Ordinance granting Ronald and Deborah G. Klein, owners of 29149 
	North Hilltop, the right to tie into the waterline located on Cambridge Court, 
	and imposing certain conditions on said right.

	PZ Discussion:  Motion to recommend was made by Mulcahy; seconded by Hitt.

#3	BUILDING COMMISSIONER’S REPORT

·	The construction is moving along on the Wasabi Japanese Steakhouse.  
	They are currently working on the cooking hoods.  The electrical work is done.

#4	ANY OTHER TOPIC FOR DISCUSSION

·	The Landerwood Glen fence project will be reviewed at the next PZ/ABR meeting.  
	According to the Codified Ordinances for the U-3 District, there are no fence regulations.   
	Mayor Mulcahy asked the members for their opinions on the proposed fence.
·	Everyone wished Carmen Centanni the best of luck and thanked him for his 
	years of service on the PZ/ABR board.

	Motion to approve the minutes of the November 17, 2009 meeting was made 
	by Centanni; seconded by Hitt.
