Mayor Mulcahy called the meeting to order at 7:35 pm.

PZ/ABR Discussion:  Joint motion to approve with gates as shown on plans was made by Hitt;

setbacks and placement of shed was made by Salim; seconded by Shanes.

#8	REPORT & RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL: (ORDINANCE #2006-50)
	An ordinance finding that the use of the property at 27099 Miles Road for a crematorium, 
in conjunction with an existing funeral home, is a similar, harmonious and compatible use with the 
other permitted uses in a U-4 local retail business districts.

Francis Corrigan, Kim and Jim Price were present in the audience.

PZ Discussion:  Motion to recommend to Council was made by Hitt; seconded by Salim.

Motion defeated.

#9	DISCUSSION						- Stephen Hovancsek & Associates
	Site Selection for Service Department				- Brian Mader

Brian Mader presented a map and showed 7 possible site locations within the Village Park property.  
Discussion was had on building visibility, trees to be cut, topography and wetlands, ball diamond 
relocation possibilities, effect on Pike Drive, etc.

#10	BUILDING COMMISSIONER'S REPORT

·	Ron Kluchin and Lou Hovancsek are working on updating procedures for the 
	Building Department.
·	Lou has talked with Henle Builders regarding the Beechmont Country Club 
	Addition/Renovation project.  Henle Builders will be the general contractor 
	and soon will pick up the permit.
·	A Woodmere resident's contractor damaged 3860 and 3850 Wild Cherry's 
	back yard landscaping and took some trees down.
·	The T-Mobile drawings have been approved.  The Mayor will need to approve 
	the contract before they have access to the cell tower on Village property.
·	The Dukes (White Oak Trail) were issued a violation letter to take down the 
	finials or raise the grade so that their new fence is less than 6 feet.  
·	The Barkley Pet Hotel & Day Spa has failed an 'air test' for the plumbing.  
	Lou will recheck this.  The parking lot has been paved.  The Barkley is hoping 
	for a February 2007 occupancy.

Motion to approve the minutes as amended of November 21, 2006 was made by Centanni; 
	seconded by Hitt.

No:		None
Abstain:	Salim (#1-5)

Corrections:	#6, Add "no more than 4 (four) newspaper boxes"
			Roll Call:  Delete "Brian Hitt and Ed Salim" from Members Absent.  
			Instead, add: "Brian Hitt arrived at 7:50 pm
			and Ed Salim arrived at 8:15 pm".

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:40 pm.
