ORANGE VILLAGE, TO MODIFY REGULATIONS RELATED TO ATTACHED GARAGES AND TO
REPEAL CONFLICTING ORDINANCES.

*No action taken. To be on the June 20, 2006 agenda.

Carl Hagerling (Miles Road resident) had the following comments: Supportive of loosening
up the current regulation, but it does not go 'far enough'.
He finds 2 double garage doors, facing the street offensive.
Justin Berns (Orange Village Builder) would like to see this ordinance passed.
He stated the 'variance process' is unreasonable.
Discussion: Can the number of garage doors be controlled?
Control whether they face the street or not?
Mayor Mulcahy read a statement from Jud Kline (absent).
