Mayor Kathy Mulcahy called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm. Ayes: Salim, Hitt, Shanes, Centanni and Mulcahy No: None ABR discussion: Shingles and siding will match the existing house. Motion to approve was made by Shanes; seconded by Hitt. Ayes: Salim, Hitt, Shanes, Centanni and Mulcahy No: None #4 REPORT & RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL: ORDINANCE NO. 2006-17 An ordinance granting an area variance for a four car garage to Berns Custom Homes, Inc. at sublot 6 of the Waterford Court Subdivision. Present: Justin Berns PZ discussion: Will be on the May 2, 2006 agenda. #5 REPORT & RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL: ORDINANCE NO. 2006-18 An ordinance granting an area variance for a four car garage to Justin Berns at sublot 7 of the Waterford Court Subdivision. Present: Justin Berns PZ discussion: Will be on the May 2, 2006 agenda. #6 REPORT & RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL: ORDINANCE NO. 2006-19 An ordinance authorizing the modification or amendment of deed restrictions imposed on certain property by P & Y Development Co, Limited Partnership in favor of Orange Village. Present: Mr. Randy Kertesz and Mr. Craig Cawrse PZ discussion: Motion to recommend Council to approve was made by Hitt; seconded by Salim. Ayes: Salim, Hitt, Shanes and Mulcahy No: Centanni Schedule Mr. Kertesz to discuss with Council at the May 10, 2006 meeting and a public hearing to be held in June. #7 REPORT & RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL: ORDINANCE NO. 2006-20 An ordinance amending certain sections of the Codified Ordinances of Orange Village to alter development standards and procedures in the S-1 Special Residential District, incorporating certain procedural changes in Chapter 1143, Development Plan Review, and repealing certain ordinances. Present: Mr. David Hartt PZ discussion: Motion to recommend Council to approve as amended was made by Salim; seconded by Hitt.Amendments: to include the amendments as per DB Hartt's memo dated 4-17-06 (attached) and to add the words "up to 4 maximum" to section 1170.4 (c)(2). Ayes: Salim, Hitt, Shanes, Centanni and Mulcahy No: None #8 GENERAL DISCUSSION Revised Master Plan David Hartt, Planner Reviewed March 27, 2006 draft. Changes to be made and submitted to Council for approval. #9 BUILDING COMMISSIONER'S REPORT No report. #10 ANY OTHER TOPIC FOR DISCUSSION *Mayor in conference and not present for the vote on the minutes. Motion to approve the minutes of April 4, 2006 was made by Salim; seconded by Shanes.
