Mayor Kathy Mulcahy called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm.

Members Present:	Carmen Centanni, Brian Hitt, John Terlep, Jud Kline, Mayor Kathy Mulcahy

PZ Discussion:  The Bass’ house is cedar sided.  Motion to approve was made by Hitt; seconded by Mulcahy.

ABR Discussion:  The metal siding on the large, proposed barn does not match the house.  
The lot is large with many trees.  The proponents should bring pictures of their house and color 
samples of the proposed structure.  There is a question of using a metal structure at all.  
Tabled until next meeting.

#3	BUILDING COMMISSIONER’S REPORT

·	There have been plans submitted for sublot #3 in Waterford Court
·	The Wasabi House Restaurant is still waiting for the Plans Examiner’s approval
·	The construction on sublot #7, Cambridge Court is progressing
·	There are many grass complaints due to the amount of rain we have received

#4	ANY OTHER TOPIC FOR DISCUSSION

·	“Orange Goes Green” project is moving forward and producing a pamphlet
·	Jud Kline will be speaking at the “Salute to Orange”
·	Jud Kline talked about the Cleveland Sustainability Conference and how well it 
	was received and presented.

Motion to approve the Minutes of the July 21, 2009 meeting with the following correction 
was made by Kline; seconded by Mulcahy.

Correction:  #2/Building Commissioner’s report:  “demo” to be changed to “demolished”

No:	   None
Abstain:    Hitt

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:18 pm.
