MINUTES Mayor Mulcahy called the meeting to order at 7:34 pm. Ayes: Centanni, Shanes, Hitt, Lewis, Terlep and Mulcahy No: None #6 REPORT & RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL: (ORDINANCE #2007-17) AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF ORANGE VILLAGE TO MODIFY HEIGHT REGULATIONS FOR BUILDINGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES, AND OTHER RELATED REGULATIONS, AND REPEALING CERTAIN ORDINANCES. Tabled for further amendments. #7 BUILDING COMMISSIONER’S REPORT · The Red Robin Restaurant has grease in their retention basin. There is an ‘environmental clean-up’ in process and the issue will be corrected. · The Dukes (White Oak Circle) are working on correcting their fence height issue. · The Kerkheide’s (Lander Rd) are not happy with the construction of the new dwelling next to their house. · The Temple Emanu El’s construction is underway and there have been some issues regarding ‘dust control’. · The site contractor for the Barkley Pet Hotel and Day Spa will be resubmitting plans for grass seeding. · Mr. Mooney (Sunoco Gas Station) has received a letter in which to remove the canopy within 30 days. #8 ANY OTHER TOPIC FOR DISCUSSION There will be a PZ/ABR meeting on July 3, 2007. Motion to approve the minutes of the June 19, 2007 meeting was made by Hitt; seconded by Centanni.
