MINUTES



Mayor Kathy Mulcahy called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm.

Members Present:	Carmen Centanni, Anthony Lazar, Brian Hitt, Scott Lewis, John Terlep, 
		Jud Kline (arrived 7:32 pm) and Mayor Kathy Mulcahy

Members Absent:	None

Others Present:		Stephen Byron, Law Director (arrived 7:33 pm)
			Ron Kluchin, Village Architect
			Mary Fisco, PZ/ABR Secretary

Oath of Office was administered to Anthony Lazar by Mayor Kathy Mulcahy as a 
member of the Planning & Zoning Commission.

PZ Discussion:  Motion to approve was made by Lewis; seconded by Hitt.

Ayes:	Centanni, Lazar, Hitt, Lewis and Mulcahy
No:	None

#2	ANY OTHER TOPIC FOR DISCUSSION

1.	Mayor Mulcahy welcomed new member, Anthony Lazar.  
	Everyone introduced themselves.
2.	Mayor Mulcahy reminded everyone that she would like to discuss ‘good and welfare’ 
	of the Planning & Zoning Committee when Lou Hovancsek, Building Commissioner 
	returns from vacation.
3.	Law Director, Steve Byron discussed the powers and duties of the Planning and 
	Zoning Commission under state law and the Orange Village charter and ordinances.

Motion to approve the minutes of the February 19, 2008 meeting as amended was made by 
Kline; seconded by Hitt.

Corrections:
#4 Add:  Jud Kline was also not able to vote due to a conflict of interest.
#6 Add:  At the 2nd bullet point, 2nd sentence add “Lou said” in between but and the.

Ayes:	    Centanni, Hitt, Lewis, Terlep and Kline.
No:	    None
Abstain:    Lazar and Mulcahy



There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:46 pm.
