MINUTES 

Mayor Kathy Mulcahy called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm.

Members Present:	Carmen Centanni, Anthony Lazar, Brian Hitt (arrived 7:38 pm), 
		Scott Lewis, John Terlep
		and Mayor Kathy Mulcahy

Members Absent:	Jud Kline

Others Present:		Ron Kluchin, Village Architect
			Lou Hovancsek, Building Commissioner
			Mary Fisco, PZ/ABR Secretary

Joint motion to approve was made by Lewis; seconded by Terlep.

#2	LOT SPLIT & CONSOLIDATION	
			- Greg Abrams, Owner
			- 385 Nob Hill Oval
			- Greg Abrams, Representative

This project was not approved by the Village Engineer, therefore the project was not 
discussed and no action was taken.

#3	ANY OTHER TOPIC FOR DISCUSSION

·	Discussion was had regarding which projects need to be reviewed by the PZ/ABR 
	Board and which ones do not.  The ordinance defining this will be reviewed.
·	Discussion was had regarding the new service facility site selection.
·	The Stelex Company is still interested and working on a new development 
	on the Weintraub property.

#4	BUILDING COMMISSIONER’S REPORT

·	Temple Emanu El has recently had a few tours and marches.  The contractor 
	has taken the fence down.  The Village Engineer has inspected the site/grading 
	and reported that it looks good.  
·	Lou attended 2 continuing education classes for electrical and plumbing.


Motion to approve the minutes of the May 6, 2008 meeting was made by Centanni; seconded by Hitt.

No:	    None
Abstain:    Terlep

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:08 pm.
