Mayor Kathy Mulcahy called the meeting to order at 7:32 pm. No one present. #3 REPORT & RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL: ORDINANCE NO. 2005-7 An ordinance enacting Chapter 1153 of the Code of Ordinances of Orange Village to establish a U-3A Continuing Care Retirement Community District. PZ discussion: The following changes were made to the Exhibit A: 1153.02(a) Add accessory retail goods and services located within the buildings to the list in the first sentence 1153.05 Change reference from existing street /right of way line to dedicated street right of way 1153.06 Change reference from right of way line to dedicated street right of way Motion to recommend to Council for approval as amended was made by Mulcahy; seconded by Godes. Ayes: Braverman, Godes, Hitt, Salim, Terlep, Kline and Mulcahy No: None Council President Lisa Perry read the title of Ordinance No. 2005-7, 1st reading, as amended. Presentation of the proposed Erickson Retirement Community given by David Destino, Regional Vice President and senior Development Director. Audience question period. Motion to approve the minutes from the April 5, 2005 meeting as amended was made by Hitt; seconded by Godes. Correction to #1: Change first sentence to read "Owner added windows to several elevations."
