Mayor Mulcahy called the meeting to order at 7:34 pm.

Members Present:	Centanni, Shanes, Hitt (arrived 7:37pm), Salim, Terlep and Mulcahy

Motion to approve the minutes of September 5, 2006 as amended was made by Centanni; 
seconded by Shanes.

Corrections:	-Add on top, first page:  Meeting start time, Roll Call and Others Present.
	        	-#5: Eliminate 'PZ' from 'PZ/ABR'
		 Eliminate 'Joint Motion' and replace with 'ABR'
		 Add the word 'preliminary' before 'building design as presented'
		 Correct 'may' to 'made'
		Add: PZ Took No Action, Pending determination of potential variance.

PZ Discussion:  Mayor Mulcahy read letters from the Fire Chief and Police Chief regarding 
entrance/exits.  Motion to approve subject to the Plans Examiner verifying the 'binder 
renderings' are the same as the 'actual building plans' was made by Mulcahy; seconded by 
Shanes.

#8	BUILDING COMMISSIONER'S REPORT

- Housing & Zoning Inspector, Tom Shields has completed the inspection of 'Zone 1'.  
There are only a few trouble
  spots and Tom will address them.
- The cell tower people have hired an electrical contractor which is necessary for the installation 
of antennas.
- The Barkley Pet Hotel construction is moving along.  
- University Hospital Health System PET Scanner project is almost complete.
- Mr. Mooney (Sunoco Gas Station/Chagrin Blvd.) has not resubmitted any plans thus far.
- Mr. Excavator was notified to move the dirt on the corner of Brainard and Emery Roads.
