MINUTES
Mayor Mulcahy called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm.

Members Present:	Carmen Centanni, Jonathan Shanes, Ed Salim, Brian Hitt (arrived 7:35 pm), 
			John Terlep and Mayor Kathy Mulcahy

Members Absent:		Jud Kline

Others Present:		Stephen Byron, Law Director
			Lou Hovancsek, Building Commissioner
			Ron Kluchin, Village Architect

#1	LOT CONSOLIDATION				- Kris and Jay Capes, Owner

PZ Discussion:  Motion to approve was made by Salim; seconded by Centanni.

PZ Discussion:  Motion to approve contingent upon compliance with the Engineer’s comments was made by 
Shanes; seconded by Hitt.

ABR Discussion:  Motion to approve was made by Terlep; seconded by Shanes.

Ayes:	Centanni, Shanes, Hitt, Salim, Terlep and Mulcahy

#3 	BUILDING COMMISSIONER’S REPORT

- The Building Department is getting ready to demolish the home of B. Anderson, 4320 Lander Road.
- The OVBD received a letter stating that the fence at 3921 White Oak Trail (the Dukes’ residence) 
  has supposedly been lowered to 6 feet.   Lou and Tom will look into it tomorrow.
- Bethlehem Baptist Church/School (Emery Road) may drill a gas/oil well.  Lou will attend a preliminary 
   meeting on Thursday.
- The Barkley Pet Hotel project is moving along.  Lou anticipates the pet hotel to open in 3-4 weeks.
- The OVBD received an inquiry for a potential animal hospital on Miles Rd/Kertesz property.

#4	ANY OTHER TOPIC FOR DISCUSSION

- Per Steve Byron, a brief is being filed against PEP Drilling.  PEP Drilling has not posted bond 
  yet for any of the 3 wells they have drilled at Beechmont Country Club, 29600 Chagrin Blvd.
- Steve Byron is working on changing the ‘variance application’ procedures.
- Mayor Mulcahy will not be in attendance at the February 20, 2007 PZ/ABR meeting.
- Ron Kluchin will not be in attendance at the February 20, 2007 PZ/ABR meeting.
- Per Mayor Mulcahy, depending on the need for a PZ/ABR meeting on April 3, 2007 (Passover), 
  the meeting may be cancelled.


Motion to approve the minutes of the January 16, 2007 meeting was made by Hitt; seconded by Shanes.

No:	None
Abstain:  Salim

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:55 pm.
