Mayor Kathy Mulcahy called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm.

#3 BUILDING COMMISSIONER’S REPORT
· Wasabi Steakhouse project is moving along
· The Diner has corrected most of the violations
· Regarding Sandy’s Gas & Go, the truck has been removed, the property is for sale, and the
Fire Department is working with BUSTR on the removal of the gas tank(s)
#4 ANY OTHER TOPIC FOR DISCUSSION
· Jud Kline has received a Public Service Award from the American Institute of Architects (State of Ohio).
Congratulations Jud!
· There was a meeting for the Orange Green Sustainable Building Committee earlier this evening.
One developer attended. The developer offered his insight and assistance in performing a cost analysis
as the project moves forward for a “prototype house”. Develop specifications for any ‘green upgrades’.
Compare construction costs of a regular house construction vs. a ‘Green’/’Orange Certificate’ house.
The committee plans to finish the manual within the next 2 weeks. The next meeting will be November 17th.
Motion to approve the minutes as revised of the October 6, 2009 meeting was made by Kline; seconded by Lazar.
