MINUTES
Brian Hitt (Chairperson Pro-Tem) called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm.
Members Present: Anthony Lazar, Jud Kline, Scott Lewis, Herb Braverman, Brian Hitt

PZ/ABR Discussion: Joint motion to approve was made by Kline; seconded by Lazar.

#2 EXTERIOR REMODEL - Red Lobster

PZ/ABR Discussion: Joint motion to approve with the following contingencies
was made by Kline; seconded by Lazar.
1. Metal roofing to be ‘factory finished’ and not painted.
2. Submission of a ‘Orange Village location’ finish board/color cut sheet.
3. Submission of a photometric site plan.

#3 BUILDING COMMISSIONER’S REPORT
Lou spoke with Bob Zugan, Service Director, about the temporary gate located off
Pike Drive in the church property parking lot which was installed for security purposes
as trucks were using the parking lot. The referral of church property plans to the Commission
for report and recommendation was discussed.
#4 ANY OTHER TOPIC FOR DISCUSSION
The Law Director advised Mr. Carl Hagerling that his new plans, providing for the
construction of a new home, require a new variance. Mr. Hagerling submitted an
application for a new variance and the variance is scheduled to be reviewed by the
Commission at its next meeting. The plan submitted with the variance application
proposes to demolish the existing dwelling and build a new house with a garage to
fit a recreational vehicle.
Motion to approve the Minutes of the June 21, 2011 meeting was made by Kline;
seconded by Braverman.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:50 pm.
