Brian Hitt called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm.

ABR Discussion: Motion to approve, subject to the screens ‘as submitted’ in the
color “cityscape” was made by Kline; seconded by Braverman.

#3 BUILDING COMMISSIONER’S REPORT

- LJI Collision Center, 27100 Chagrin Blvd. is under construction, including
demolition and rough plumbing.

- Lakeshore Learning, 27500 Chagrin Blvd is also under construction.

seconded by Braverman.
