MINUTES
Mayor Kathy Mulcahy called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm.

#1 LANDSCAPING - Laura Sullivan, Owner & Representative

PZ/ABR Discussion: Joint motion to approve the plans with no mounds in the rear of the property
was made by Hitt; seconded by Lewis.

PZ/ABR Discussion: Joint motion to approve subject to the top panel portion will be replaced
and painted to match the bottom portion was made by Lewis; seconded by Lazar.

#3 DISCUSSION ONLY - Carl Hagerling, Owner & Representative
- 4939 E. Woodcrest Dr.
(Proposed addition requiring 2 variances)
Present: Carl Hagerling
Discussion was had over the proposed project of adding garage space and storage.
The Board Members were mostly concerned over the 12’ (twelve foot) garage door, facing front.
The Board Members will take a field trip to 4939 E. Woodcrest Drive to look at the existing house and
property to access the situation.
#4 BUILDING COMMISSIONER’S REPORT
· Tom Shields started driving around “quadrant one” looking for building violations.
· The Building Department is also consolidating building plans and tossing duplicate plans and
correspondence. The plans will eventually be put onto electronic media. Rebecca Schaltenbrand
reminded Lou of the retention record schedule.
· Bass Energy is requesting their bond back for the oil/gas well they drilled on South Hilltop Rd.
#5 ANY OTHER TOPIC FOR DISCUSSION
· Mayor Mulcahy will make a presentation at the next PZ/ABR meeting on April 20th regarding
Service Department Site Selection and its history.
· Mayor Mulcahy reminded everyone about Roger Delman’s retirement party.
Motion to approve the minutes of the March 2, 2010 meeting was made by Braverman; seconded by Hitt.
1. Correction: #2: Change: ‘Brick to be a grade below the cultured stone’, to “Brick to be below the
cultured stone, and above grade”.

Abstain: Terlep, Mulcahy
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:01 pm.
