PZ/ABR Discussion:  Joint motion to approve was made by Centanni; seconded by Lazar.

PZ/ABR Discussion:  Joint motion to approve subject to the submission of the siding sample 
for approval, conforming to local building codes and practice requirements as approved by 
building inspections, matching existing roof pitch and matching existing roof material was 
made by Lewis; seconded by Terlep.

Abstain:      Centanni

#3	BUILDING COMMISSIONER’S REPORT

·	Demolition has begun at the Wasabi Japanese Steakhouse.  Jud Kline and 
	Lou Hovancsek will look at the screening.
·	Papa Santis will have a fire protection sprinkler system installed.
·	The Fire Department is handling the possible removal of gasoline tanks at the 
	abandoned Sandy’s Gas ‘n Go.
·	Orange Village has started to ticket The Diner for building and grounds 
	maintenance violations.

#4	ANY OTHER TOPIC FOR DISCUSSION

·	There has been no new progress at 3969 Beechmont Trail; only the lawn continues to be cut.
·	There is a yellow ranch, also on Beechmont Trail which looks like it could use some fixing up.  
	Lou will have Tom Shields look into it.
·	Mayor Mulcahy invites everyone to the staff appreciation dinner on Friday, September 25th.

 Motion to approve the minutes of the September 1, 2009 meeting was made by Kline; seconded by Centanni.
