IMPORTANT – TEST CALL
January 6, 2021 at 4:00 p.m.
Orange Village has been using the CodeRed notification system for several years as a means of dispersing emergency information quickly to our residents. We will continue to provide this wonderful service for our residents but there will be a change taking place on January 1, 2021. When we contracted with CodeRed several years ago, we paid for the usage of a nationwide phone number database from CodeRed. You may have been receiving our phone calls from this list. We will discontinue the use of the nationwide database contract on December 31, 2020. If you have registered through our website or by calling 440-498-4400 you will continue to receive our messages. If you are unsure if you signed up through the website, you can do so at any time by clicking here. If you are already in the system, your information will not be duplicated.
Orange Village will be making an EMERGENCY test call on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at 4:00 p.m.
If you do not receive the phone call on January 6th, you are no longer signed up for CodeRed notifications with Orange Village. If this is the case, please register immediately via our website at www.orangevillage.com or by calling 440-498-4400.
You have the capability of registering several phone numbers and email addresses. The information can be sent via phone, email and text (phone and email are utilized the most). EMERGENCY notifications may include utility outages, water main breaks or police issues. GENERAL notifications include planned road closures, paper shredding notifications or other community events.
