Orange Police Department offers a voluntary registry program that enables our agency to obtain critical information and photograph (prior to an actual emergency) that will assist in response to
calls for service involving an individual with Alzheimer’s disease, autism spectrum disorder, developmental disabilities, attention deficit/ hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), epilepsy, brain injury, mental illness, or other disabilities.
Benefits of registering a family member include:
- Faster, more informed police response
- Improved communication and safety during emergencies
- Enhanced search efforts for wandering individual
