NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
September 10, 2025 — 7:00 p.m.
Notice is hereby given that the Council of Orange Village will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at the Orange Village Hall, 4600 Lander Road, Orange Village, Ohio.
The purpose of the hearing is for council to hear public comments before it considers the variance request of the owners of 3880 Beechmont Trail. The owners of that property seek to reconstruct a deck that is six feet six inches (6’6”) from the east property line. If the variance of three feet six inches (3’6”) is granted, the replacement deck would be constructed in the same location as the existing deck.
The request for variance is on file in the office of the Building Department, Orange Village, and it may be viewed by those interested during regular business hours, Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Orange Village Building Department, 4680 Lander Road.
