PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE – 4/14/2021
The Orange Village Council will be holding a public hearing at 7:30 p.m. on April 14, 2021, regarding a requested variance from the Orange Village Zoning Code. Laura & Thomas McCormick of 28550 Emery Road, Orange Village, are seeking a 3ft 1.75in zoning variance from the required 100 ft. front yard setback from Emery Rd to construct a front dining room addition and a covered front porch Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously recommended that the variance be granted.
The public hearing may be accessed via Zoom in the same manner as the regular Council meeting that is scheduled for that evening.

Nick & Carolyne Cianciola, at 28300 Jackson Road, Orange Village, are seeking a 30’zoning variance from the required 60’ corner side yard setback from Jackson Road to construct a 30’X 33’ detached garage 30’ from the north lot line at Jackson Road. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended that the variance be granted.
