NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Council of Orange Village will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at Orange Village Hall, 4600 Lander Road, Orange Village, Ohio.
The purpose of the hearing is for council to hear public comments before it considers Ordinance No. 2026-12. If adopted, Ordinance No. 2026-12 will permit the Planning and Zoning Commission to administer Chapter 1162 of the Orange Village Zoning Code, which establishes standards for off-street parking and loading facilities, and would permit the Commission to permit deviations from the standards if there is good cause. The amendment would also permit the land-banking of parking upon terms and conditions set by the Commission, and the modification or recission of the land banking as directed by the Commission.
The ordinance is on file in the office of the Clerk of Council, Orange Village, and it may be viewed by those interested during regular business hours, Monday – Friday, 8:0 a.m. to 4:0 p.m. at the Orange Village Hall. The ordinance may also be viewed by clicking here.
This notice is published pursuant to Section 1144.04 of the Orange Village Codified Ordinances, enacted pursuant to Ordinance No. 2026-4 (As Amended).

Notice is hereby given that the Council of Orange Village will hold a public hearing at the Village Hall, located at 4600 Lander Road, Orange Village, Ohio, on June 10, 2026, at 7:00 pm. The purpose of the public hearing is to comply with state law regarding the retirement and proposed rehiring of a Brian Hitt, a member of the Orange Village Planning and Zoning Commission, who would be re-appointed by the Orange Village Council effective July 1, 2026.
