NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
THURSDAY, AUGUST 1, 2024 — 7:00 P.M.
Notice is hereby given that the Council of Orange Village will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday August 1, 2024, at the Orange Village Hall, 4600 Lander, Orange Village, Ohio.
The purpose of the hearing is to consider Ordinance No. 2024-10, which proposes to rezone certain parcels of land, located at and adjacent to 4799 Lander Road (the former New Song Church Property) from the U-1 Zoning District to the S-1 Zoning District and to amend the Village Zoning Map. If adopted, Ordinance No. 2024-10 would submit the proposed rezoning and zoning map change to the voters of Orange Village.
The proposed ordinance is on file in the office of the Clerk of Council and may be viewed by interested parties by clicking here or during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Orange Village Hall. Digital copies may also be obtained via email at no charge.
This notice is published pursuant to Article III, Section 13 of the Codified Ordinances of Orange Village.
