After many years of dormancy, the residential project at Pinecrest is beginning to move forward. With it now being identified as the Walnut Hills Residences at Pinecrest. The project team has asked to schedule a meeting to acquaint Orange residents with the plans. It is intended to be an informational session and not a public hearing. The developer and their architect will provide an overview of the project, its history, and answer questions. The meeting is set for Monday, December 23, 2024 at 7:00 PM and will be held at Orange Village Hall, 4600 Lander Road, to enable the presenters to be able to use the media facilities available in that space.
