Notice is hereby given that the Council of Orange Village will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at the Orange Village Hall, 4600 Lander Road, Orange Village, Ohio.

The purpose of the hearing is to consider Ordinance No. 2025-11.  This Ordinance, if approved, would authorize the Mayor to execute the Second Amendment to Development Agreement (Residential Portion of Project). This amendment changes the expected developer of the Pinecrest Residential Project and has been approved by the third-party beneficiaries of the Pinecrest Development Agreement, specifically owners of property on Waterford Court and the Waterford Court Homeowners Association, and will subject the property to certain restrictions that are consistent with the Village’s zoning code and others that are not in the zoning code, but will cause the development to be high quality.

The Ordinance is on file in the office of the Clerk of Council, Orange Village, and it may be viewed by those interested during regular business hours, Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Orange Village Hall.

This notice is published pursuant to the Pinecrest Development Agreement and by order of the Orange Village Council.
