NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Council of Orange Village will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at the Orange Village Hall, 4600 Lander Road, Orange Village, Ohio.

The purpose of the hearing is for council to hear public comment before it considers the requests of Lakes of Orange LLC for setback variances tor sublot 5 and sublot 6. The Applicant proposes constructing a residence on Sublot 5 not closer than forty-six feet and seven inches (46’7”) from an adjacent lot in the U-4 District, requiring a variance of three feet and three inches (3’3”). The Applicant also proposes constructing a residence on Sublot 6 not closer than eighteen feet (18’) from the adjacent lot in the U-4 District, which would require a variance of thirty-two feet (32’).

The request for variance is on file in the office of the Building Department, Orange Village, and it may be viewed by those interested during regular business hours, Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Orange Village Building Department.
