Please note that Orange Village received a public record request for our enews mailing list. The Ohio Supreme Court recently held that communities that have collected email lists must divulge those lists as “public records” to anyone who request those emails. The Village did comply with the request as per the court’s order. Please understand that a solicitation to you via email from someone who has obtained your email from us is not endorsed by the Village.
