County Extends Payment Deadline for Property Tax Bills
| CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OH – The Cuyahoga County Treasury Department has extended the last day for residents to pay property taxes without penalty from Thursday, January 26, 2023, to Thursday, February 9, 2023.
It is important to note that residents will see a payment deadline of Thursday, January 26, 2023, on their bills they received in the mail. However, the last day to pay without penalty has been extended to Thursday, February 9, 2023. The bills were mailed to more than 300,000 county residents. The funds collected from property taxes provide revenue for local schools, cities, villages, townships, libraries, and vital public services. Taxpayers can utilize the following methods of payment: — By mail with parcel number written on the check Cuyahoga County Treasurer — Online via e-check or credit card Visit cuyahogacounty.us/treasury — By phone 1-877-738-1212 to pay by credit card (fee added) or e-check (free) — Drop Box located on the side of the Cuyahoga County Administrative HQ 2079 East Ninth Street, 1st Floor — In person at the Cuyahoga County Administrative Headquarters Cashier station or Self-Pay Kiosk (accepts cash, check) — All Key Bank branches located in Cuyahoga County · The last day for this service will be February 2, 2023 — Auto Title branches (not BMV) – You can find the branch locations here.
