CONSUMER GRADE FIREWORKS PROHIBITED IN ORANGE VILLAGE
Orange Village opted out of the permissive use of fireworks and will continue the longstanding practice of prohibiting the use of fireworks within the Village unless they are discharged by a professional licensed exhibitor.
Orange Village Ordinance 2022-7 was enacted by Village Council. Your elected representatives unanimously agreed that opting out of this statewide legislation was necessary for the continuance of peace and safety throughout our community.
As in the past, this prohibition does not apply to “novelties and trick noisemakers” nor does the prohibition apply to the use of “wire sparklers”.
