Any registered Ohio voter may apply for an absentee ballot and vote absentee.

Absentee voting is the safest and most convenient way to vote in the November 3, 2020 Presidential General Election. Vote by Mail avoids you having to stand in potentially long lines at your polling location or going out in public with the possibility of the coronavirus on Election Day

Who can vote by mail?
All Ohio voters whose registration information is up to date can vote by mail.

Why should I vote by mail?

  • Vote in the comfort of your own home!
  • Avoid the lines at the polls on Election Day.
  • Take your time researching candidates and issues.
  • Absentee ballots are the first votes counted on Election Night!
