In Memoriam: Former Mayor Norman Singer
Orange Village mourns the passing of former Mayor Norman Singer, a dedicated public servant who served the community for more than three decades as Mayor, Councilman, and Clerk.
Throughout his years of service, Mayor Singer demonstrated a deep commitment to Orange Village and its residents. His leadership and steady guidance helped shape the community. He will be remembered for his devotion to public service.
On behalf of Mayor, Council, staff, and residents of Orange Village, we extend our sincere condolences to the Singer family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched.
In honor of former Mayor Singer, flags at Orange Village facilities will be flown at half-staff until the day of his funeral.
